Article Processing Charges (APC)
UIJAEDT follows a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy. APC payment is required only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Submission and peer review do not require APC payment.
APC for Indian Authors

Important Payment Information
- APC payment is required only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
- Manuscript submission and peer review do not require APC payment.
- The applicable APC is determined according to the author's category and the number of authors listed on the accepted manuscript.
- GST is applicable to Indian authors in addition to the stated APC.
- International authors are charged in USD according to the applicable APC category.
- APC payment does not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
- Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
- Authors should retain their payment receipt or transaction/reference number.
APC Payment Process
Authors should first submit their manuscript through the UIJAEDT online submission system. After the manuscript successfully completes the editorial and peer-review process, an official acceptance decision will be issued. Only after acceptance should the corresponding author proceed with the applicable APC payment.
Payment Confirmation
After completing the payment, authors should retain the transaction/reference number and payment confirmation. The corresponding author may be requested to provide the payment details to the editorial office for verification.
Transparency Statement
UIJAEDT maintains a clear separation between editorial decision-making and APC payment. The ability or willingness of an author to pay an APC does not influence peer review, editorial evaluation, or the final publication decision.
